It has two 1.8-quart freezing cylinders, two 12.7-quart product mix hoppers, and an output of 50 quarts per hour. Its design ensures product remains fresh, even overnight, and its gravity-fed feature is more efficient to fix and maintain than a pump-fed model.

Equipped with digital, dual controls, this Spaceman 6250-C ice cream machine has refrigerated hoppers with individual controls that automatically regulate and maintain consistent product quality for each side. This unit has a hopper agitator, temperature display, and standby mode. When product is low, a light comes on to alert the operator so that the unit does not get damaged or overheated. The machine has protection for low temperature, high pressure, and thermal overload, and its motor amperage protection is mechanical.
