Great for holding, displaying, and serving, the Spaceman 6236A-C soft-serve machine can be used with ice cream, frozen yogurt, custard, sorbet, and other soft-serve products. Its single flavor dispenses from a 15.9-quart refrigerated hopper and 3.4-quart freezing cylinder. The hopper’s agitator mixes product thoroughly with consistent temperatures and it can produce (320) 4-ounce servings hourly.
This Spaceman 6236A-C soft-serve ice cream machine has an air-cooled condenser, so it doesn’t require lots of water to operate like a water-cooled unit, though it needs clearances for clear airflow. If mix gets low, the indicator light and alarm system notify employees. The temperature displays on the unit for monitoring and a standby mode limits energy consumption when the machine isn’t active.
